There’s a place…

designed to inspire your spirit

Knysna Lifestyle Estate is a retirement estate like no other. Set in the heart of the Garden Route, it offers breathtaking scenery, modern architecture and secure living. The estate is laid out over 52 hectares, with dedicated greenbelts, ponds and walking trails incorporated into the design. Once completed there will only be 250 homes on the estate, ensuring a low residential density of only five homes per hectare. Residents will never feel cramped or overlooked, as great emphasis has been placed on the sense of space and freedom.

Knysna Lifestyle Estate site plans

The estate is being developed over five phases. Each phase features a selection of spacious two- and three-bedroomed freehold homes set out on stands ranging in size from 600m² to 1000m².

There are various different house plans to choose from, ranging from the popular Fulmar and Sandpiper (both two-bedroomed designs) to the larger Skua and Gannet designs.
