CONSTRUCTION NEWS...


As we approach the halfway mark in the construction of Phase One, so the face of the Estate rapidly changes. The new homes, along with those under construction and the completion of the Health Care Centre, clearly demonstrate the layout of the Estate and how the open space is cleverly used for best effect. Our top of the range Show House, the Skua, is also complete and visitors are welcome to come and see what this home has to offer. It really is spectacular and will no doubt be on show for a short time only. If you are interested in a beautiful home with lagoon views, we invite you to come and take a look.

There are a number of regular local golf and bowls events that we are proud to sponsor every month in and around the Garden Route. We are also very much looking forward to being a part of, and sponsoring, the Seniors Golf tournament to be held in Plettenberg Bay and Knysna from the 21st of April, as well as the National Nomads Bowls in George area in early July. We also sponsored and even entered a team in the KLE Business Bowls League!

WELCOME TRYNITY...

We are pleased to announce that Trynity Silk has joined our team and will be based in Johannesburg to handle all of our events in that area. Trynity has just completed a rigorous and high impact training and product knowledge course in Knysna at the Estate. EXHIBITIONS...

We have had successful exhibitions in the Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria and Constantia Village in Cape Town during the month of February and in Hyde Park, Johannesburg in March. We look forward to all those who will be coming to Knysna in the near future to visit us. We will send out word of when we will be holding future exhibitions and will be glad to assist you with any information you might need regarding KLE.

 

UPDATE ON THE HEALTHCARE CENTRE...


Construction of the Health Care Centre is complete and we are now in the final stages of commissioning. We are busy with the interior decorating and furnishing which will be finished by the end of April. We are also recruiting staff to run the facility. Anyone wanting to see or know more about the facilities that will be available please come and visit us or call 044 382 2139 during office hours.

REQUIREMENTS OF A 'LIFESTYLE ESTATE'

Things are certainly moving along at a blistering pace at Knysna Lifestyle Estate. Not only have we completed all roads, services and landscaping for Phase 1, we have also finalised the security installation for Phases 1, 2 and 3.
